How To Book
You can book all your appointments online using Vagaro!
Make sure you are choosing the correct service provider when booking multiple services.
You must enter a credit card to make an appointment. Make sure your credit card on file is your preferred card for day-of service payment (You will not be charged anything at the time of booking.)
We get it ... life happens! To cancel and/or reschedule your appointment we kindly ask for at least 8 hours notice (via email - INFO@THESHOPSALON.COM) before your appointment time. If you must cancel within 8 hours or less of your scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee based on your booked appointment(s). The cancellation fee is 50% OF ALL SCHEDULED SERVICES.
A 50% deposit is required for all services that are $250 or more. For these appointments, if you cancel before the 8 hour cancellation period your deposit will be automatically refunded back to your card. If you cancel after the 8 hour cancellation period your deposit will not be refunded. Again, for any cancellations, we simply request you send us an email at INFO@THESHOPSALON.COM - All "No Show" appointments will be charged a cancellation fee. Thank you for your consideration!
